This study compared longitudinal changes in nasal antibody levels and their ACE2-inhibiting activity. Although ACE2-inhibiting activity after primary infection and vaccination was similar, infection-induced ACE2 inhibition depended mostly on mucosal IgA, while post-vaccination inhibition was mainly attributable to mucosal IgG.
