T follicular helper cell responses to SARS‐CoV ‐2 vaccination among healthy and immunocompromised adults

T follicular helper cells (Tfh) are a key component of an effective immune response, with improved sampling via ultrasound‐guided fine‐needle biopsy/fine‐needle aspiration allowing for noninvasive retrieval of these cells. This review focuses on both the Tfh and peripheral blood circulating Tfh responses after SARS‐CoV‐2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) vaccination in both healthy and immunocompromised individuals.
