Delineating organizational principles of the endogenous L-A virus by cryo-EM and computational analysis of native cell extracts

This integrative structural biology study elucidates the architecture of the L-A virus at the highest resolution reported to-date. The employed methodology to study yeast cell extracts with minimum perturbation allows exploring protein interactions involved in endogenous virus assembly and function.
