CELIA, a hybrid DNA/enzyme circuit combining the sensitivity and broad dynamic range of exponential nucleic acid amplification with simple and cost‐efficient end‐point readout is presented. Applied to microRNA quantification, CELIA achieves subpicomolar limit of detection over six decades. Its isothermal nature obviates the need for thermocyclers while maintaining sensitivity, enabling its use in diverse diagnostic assays.
