This article explores the working mechanism and detecting capacities of FET biosensors made from diverse 2D materials such as graphene, TMDCs, and black phosphorus. These materials enable the sensors to achieve low detection limits, real‐time monitoring, label‐free diagnostics, and great selectivity. It also discusses constraints and future directions, paving the path for advances in biosensor technology.
