After a decrease during the first lockdown, the overall number of new breast cancers was comparable in 2020 and 2019. The rate of metastatic stages was similar: 14.8% de novo metastatic tumors in 2020 versus 15.3% in 2019 ( p = 0.95). There was no local stage shift: pTNM and ypTNM distributions were stable across 1628 resected cases ( p > 0.3). Access to curative and palliative treatments including plastic surgery (17% and 15%) remained stable ( p = 0.8). No significant variations in delays of initial care management and patients’ overall survival.
