Abstract A 46‐year‐old gentleman had a complicated course of COVID‐19 pneumonia. Despite the recovery of the respiratory status, he developed corpus callosum hematoma and critical illness neuropathy/myopathy. The clinical situation became more complicated by developing pulmonary embolism that required anticoagulation. Fortunately, the patient made a good recovery. A rare site of intracranial bleeding—corpus callosum bleeding—complicates the course of COVID‐19 pneumonia and the complex management of pulmonary embolism in the presence of intracranial bleeding.
